The ratchet head on the torque wrench is made of hardened treated Cr-Mo steel for long-lasting performance, while our torque wrenches also have a quick release button that securely grips accessories during easy installation or removal to prevent accidental detachment.
- The torque wrenches are calibrated thoroughly for accuracy prior to shipment. We possess advanced production technology for manufacturing torque wrenches and have conducted 10,000 tests to determine that the calibration error range of our torque wrench falls within ±3%. Every set of our torque wrench includes a calibration certificate with a traceable serial number in compliance with ISO 6789, GB/T15729, and ASME B107.14M standards to guarantee precision. - First, pull down the locking knob and hold it down. Then, start setting the desired torque value. Release your hand, and the locking knob will automatically rebound to lock the torque value. When the torque wrench reaches the preset torque value, it makes a clear "click" sound accompanied by an obvious hand vibration that reminds you not to apply force anymore in order to prevent damage. When finished, loosen the locking ring and adjust it to the lowest value for next use. If you do not adjust it to the lowest value, the accuracy of the torque wrench will decrease.
