Fast 2K Post Anchor Mix | Expanding Composite Footing Compound (Post Anchor, 2)

Fast 2K Post Anchor is a patented expanding composite designed as an alternate to concrete for post-in-hole installations, suitable for load-bearing and non-load bearing applications. Fast 2K Post Anchor has been third-party tested by the ICC and CCMC and meets building code requirements for special foundations and load-bearing elements. One post can be set with as little as one 2.5 lb bag of Fast 2K Post Anchor depending on the size of the hole. Instructions: Dig your hole, place your post and make sure it’s level and plumb – before using Fast 2K. We recommend wearing protective glasses, gloves and having a pair of scissors handy. Now that your posts are in place, let’s begin! To break the seal in the middle, roll the bag from the designated end, and continue rolling toward the center. After the seal breaks, immediately mix the contents using a hard rounded edge – like a sawhorse. We call this the “shoe-shine” method. Mix for only 30 seconds, applying moderate force. Use the tear notch or scissors to open the bag corner. Pour Fast 2K into the hole, around all sides of the post Roll the bag to empty it. Complete any post adjustments within the first 10 seconds. Fast 2K will finish expanding in three to five minutes. Additional bags may be used to fill the hole. Wait 15-30 minutes for Fast 2K Post Anchor to harden, then start building.
