This exquisite Eastern Orthodox rosary handmade one at a time, with love by me on the beautiful Gulf Coast, USA. Beads are 6 mm black shell pearls (Shell Pearls are made from the inner lining of oyster shells, also known as Mother of Pearl. The substance is ground to a fine powder, shaped, dyed and coated with natural pearl nacre and then a protective coating to give it lustre. Shell pearls will keep their color and shine and will not be affected by sweat and perfume.) Cruciform beads are black handmade lampwork glass beads with colored ornate patterns and silver plated bead caps. The seed beads are silver plated. The rosary is approx. 10" long. The Cross is stainless steel Lazer Cut. This rosary is made at time of purchase. Minor variations in color, shape and size result in a truly one of a kind treasure.
