This Seachoice Compact Battery Selector Switch reliably controls the battery charging and power draw on boats with two or more batteries. This switch lets you select which battery is providing a power draw for starting, general operation, and charging. It also allows the operation or charging of both batteries in parallel. Once installed, the easy to use black knob can be set to draw from and charge Battery 1 or Battery 2, or both. Or it can be set in the OFF position to stop any current flow and ensure that batteries won’t be drained when the boat is idle. This switch is designed for use with systems under 50V - 315A continuous and 450A intermittent. The red plastic housing with a large black plastic knob measures 4 inches x 4 inches x 3 1/8 inches. Its side panels are removable for easy wiring.
